We recommend our clients to use the TECHNICAL SUPPORT PORTAL for submitting requests, tracking their progress, and accessing our knowledge base and solutions. When you send your first request via email to the EMS Partner Technical Support Department, we will provide you with access to our portal within 24 hours, where you can track all your requests.
Technical support is available from Monday to Friday between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM.
