About us

Who are we?

At EMS Partner, our goal is to specialize in narrow areas of expertise and achieve high-quality implementation and maintenance services for the solutions we provide. Over our 10 years of operation, we have developed a consistent concept that shapes our strategy and defines the company’s mission and vision.

Our primary objective is to assist in identifying the challenges that organizations face and then selecting solutions that enable them to meet these challenges. Maximizing the value obtained from projects forms the basis of our operational principles, and our coherent, specialized portfolio, as well as our domain knowledge and experience, allow us to fulfill these principles.

The idea behind increasing competencies and expanding the portfolio was not only about the functionality of individual systems and efficiency in their implementation but, above all, the value that we, as a company, can deliver to our customers and partners. Our primary goal is to assist in identifying the challenges that organizations face and then selecting solutions that enable them to meet these challenges. Maximizing the value obtained from investment projects forms the basis of our operational principles, and our coherent, specialized, and carefully curated portfolio, along with deep domain knowledge and unparalleled experience, allow us to fulfill these principles.

Specialization

We carefully build our portfolio by selecting products. We do this in such a way that we have a coherent concept for our entire offering in mind. That concept is broadly understood access – both to IT infrastructure and data. It is around access that we concentrate our efforts and endeavors to develop our competencies. This applies not only to the products we offer but also to integration of our systems, consultancy on addressed challenges, and assistance in solving the problems faced by our customers and partners.

In line with the above assumptions, our goal is to specialize in narrow areas and achieve excellence in providing implementation and maintenance services for the solutions we deliver. Over 11 years of operation, we have developed a coherent concept that shapes our strategy and defines the company’s mission and vision.

Our case studies allow you to familiarize yourself with the problems that companies face and, in turn, look at your own organization from a different perspective.

History

EMS Partner was established in 2012. Initially, our focus was on providing encrypted data storage devices. However, a significant milestone was reached when we signed a partnership agreement with Airwatch (later acquired by VMware). With access to one of the best Mobile Device Management (MDM) systems available on the market and by building a high level of expertise, we ensured our growth and the opportunity to explore new areas of specialization. We received support from the American IT security solutions provider, BeyondTrust, with whom we entered into a distribution contract. Our portfolio expanded to include a Privilege Access Management (PAM) system, for which a dedicated engineering and sales team was established, leading to further growth and development of the company. Over the following years, our offerings were expanded to include Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions, with a choice of OKTA as our partner, leading to the creation of another competency division.
