About DataLocker Sentry K350
The K350 is an encrypted USB drive secured with a password, certified to FIPS 140-2 Level 3, and equipped with a screen that facilitates configuration and operation. In the case of centralized management, additional layers of organizational control enhance the data security level on the device. It meets the most stringent requirements and allows for seamless work in any location where USB storage is utilized. The K350 is a slim and durable solution that fits perfectly into DataLocker’s offering of secure and managed solutions.
Features of Sentry K350
FIPS 140-2 Level 3 certification and Common Criteria EAL5+ certification (in progress) ensure always-active hardware encryption. A dedicated AES 256-bit encryption engine in XTS mode meets rigorous cryptographic standards and is more secure than software alternatives. Additionally, the reinforced casing enhances the physical security of the device.
Administrators can set strict password policies (no sequences, no repeated special characters, minimum character count). If users forget their password, administrators can unlock the K350 using the administrator password. Administrators can also recover user data by logging in with the administrator password. The user will be required to reset their password upon the next use.

Nothing to install – All encryption, management, and authentication occur on the K350 device. This means that standalone devices do not require software agents and work immediately upon being unpacked.
Fully managed device – Utilize DataLocker SafeConsole to manage individual and groups of devices using automated policies.
Protection against “Brute Force” attacks – Administrators can configure how many failed password entry attempts are allowed before the device destroys stored data.

Remote device destruction – Allows administrators to effectively destroy the device and its data remotely to protect against data theft or encryption key compromise.
Extensive auditing capabilities – Provide comprehensive documentation of file activity (including name changes on the device), password entry attempts, device locations, device status, and administrator-configurable policies.
Data Geolocation – SafeConsole utilizes geolocation, trusted networks, and “ZoneBuilder” to ensure that the device adapts its security level based on location.
